SOUND BATH Sunday 19th May 2024 at 7.30pm in Logie Coldstone Village Hall. The cost is £10 per person for a sound bath. (If you book a block of 4 then you get 4 sound baths for the price of 3). The sound bath will consist of guided breathing meditations, chakra balancing meditations and immersive sound baths. The sessions will give you an hour of dedicated "you time" and will help to enhance your overall wellbeing. Any problems booking please e-mail me using the contact tab. Please note this is not suitable for people with any metal plates or pins, pacemakers or if they are pregnant.
You will require to lie on the floor for an hour.
I suggest bringing a yoga mat, duvet, pillow, cushion and blanket (yes you will feel like you are bringing your living room/bed room, but this will ensure your comfort for the hour).
Please also wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
