SOUND BATH Friday 24th May 2024 at 7.30pm in Mid Deeside Church Hall, Lumphanan. The cost is £10 per person for the sound bath. The sound bath will consist of guided breathing meditations, chakra balancing meditations and immersive sound baths. CHILD AND PARENT/CARER SOUND BATH 3.30pm - 4.30pm Saturday 1st June 2024 This is a paired down sound bath for one Parent/Carer and up to 2 Children for the bargain price of £10 for all three. It is suitable for children of around age 7 to 15. The sound bath will consist of a guided breath meditation, visualisation meditation and immersive sound bath for around 40 mins. There will also be a chat beforehand about vibrations and sound waves. Please read the "Description" tab below before booking. BLOCK OF 4 SOUND BATHS COMMENCING 24th March 24. This is a block of 4 sound baths that will take place in Logie Coldstone Village Hall on Sundays at 7.30pm. The cost is £30 per person for the block (the cost of 1 session is usually £10, so it is 4 for the price of 3).
